A Theory About Quadratum - The place where the Eye can't see Posted: 24 Nov 2020 03:33 PM PST Hi everyone, this i my theory about the world of Quadratum. I am sorry for my english 😅 In the finale of Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory we learn of two very important things. The first is that the world of verum rex or quadratum is totally disconnected from the reality of Kingdom Hearts. This fact is repeated several times in the game. Master xehanort and then vexen put a lot of emphasis on the fact that the voices cannot reach them. This thing is very important. Ansem then reiterates several times that this reality must be totally alternative to Kingdom Hearts's reality. If the voices cannot reach this side of reality it is also logical to imagine that not even the events that happen in the world of verun Rex can reach this side of reality and therefore cannot be seen by the eye of the master of masters. So why is this very important? Because the only way to change the future is to prevent the eye of the master of masters from seeing the events of the future. It is literally impossible to change the future which is already written in the book of prophecies. Since if the future changes, so does the book. And so you are changing absolutely nothing. We could say that the future written in the book of prophecies is already the result of the actions that have tried to change the future itself. The master of masters and then Brain must have understood this. Brain himself says that this world is also doomed to ruin because he realizes that it is impossible to change the future since the eye of the master sees the future in constant change. Any change on this side of reality is impossible. We know that some of the dandelions end up in the future with The Ark that we see in Kingdom Hearts Union cross. Lauriam, Ventus and Elrena all end up in the future. While some keyblade wielders end up in the world of verum rex. This thing is also confirmed to us in the epilogue of Melody of memory by Yensid himself when he says that some masters of the keyblade had traveled to this world. I think therefore that Brain has managed to make The Ark work in such a way as to travel to this new world together with others keyblade wielders including in my opinion Luxord. It is no coincidence that in the trailer of verum Rex that we see in Toy story we see two guys that like just Luxord and Brain. Of course, they are different from how we see them but as Yozora himself says in Kingdom Hearts remind he doesn't have his real look so we can assume that in the world of verum Rex people look slightly different, so Brain has red hair but always has his hat while Luxord has blonde hair with another face. We know that Luxord Is a keyblade wielder and he is in the world of Quadratum. Why the remind's secret ending didn't show to us his face but let recognise that he is Luxord through his characteristic voice? Precisely because Luxord is the guy of verum Rex trailer and this would have been too important as revelation. This was what I wanted to say briefly about the role that the new world of quadratum has within the Saga which for now seems a bit disconnected from the events. But if we think that the future in Kingdom Hearts is already written and cannot be changed precisely because the master's eye can see it, it is logical to think that someone has tried to change the future by going to an alternate reality in which the the master's eye could not see and the future could not be written. Need help with Aqua Reports (KH: BBS) Posted: 24 Nov 2020 10:06 PM PST i'm playing through bbs for the first time and i'm trying to 100% all three characters reports but i started doing Aquas on the save file i made for the Final Episode. I'm trying to do the unversed mission in the Badlands of the Keyblade Graveyard but all i can do there is fight Vanitas' Lingering Spirit. am i stuck there or is there a way i can leave to do the unversed mission there or am i just stuck and have to redo everything in the separate save file i made for Aqua? i'm also not sure if i can do the unversed mission in Radiant Garden but i haven't tried there yet. Just beat Kingdom Hearts. Have some questions. Posted: 24 Nov 2020 03:08 PM PST Let me preface by saying I think this game is amazing. Loved every second of it. Played it thanks to GamePass on Xbox and couldn't be happier. I loved it, finished it in 4 days, playing something like 6-7 hours each day. However, there's some stuff I haven't figured out from the story. I'm sure some of it will be answered in future games, but here goes: 1.- From what I understood, each world has a keyhole that leads to its heart. Sora has to go through these worlds to lock these keyholes and prevent Heartless from destroying them further. Is this correct? 2.- The seven princesses were supposed to reveal a keyhole that opened the door to the heart of all worlds. Is this Kingdom Hearts? 3.- From what I understood, this heart of all words contains knowledge and power, and that's the reason why Maleficent wants to open it? Why did Ansem want to open it, so that he can gain the power of darkness, or what? 4.- After Ansem is defeated, it is revealed that, beyond the door, there's light. Why? Is it because he was wrong and hearts are mainly light, and not darkness? If that's the case, then why are there Heartless inside this door that threaten to invade the world? 5.- Why does closing this door make all worlds come back together again from their destruction? To me, it seems like I'm confused by world boundaries, and what lies beneath each door. If you could help me piece it together (without spoiling future games) I'd be infinitely thankful! Thanks! Posted: 24 Nov 2020 06:53 PM PST Yoko Shimomura is a magnificent human being. 30 years old here, since I was a kid her music has shown me more empathy and reflectional moments that I really needed in my life. As a kid who was a marching band nerd in an inner city hood school, I used to sit down outside of the school listening to Lazy Afternoons before my parents picked me up. Here I am now, in the middle of a pandemic a school teacher no less, and this music still offers me that space to detox or spill my closed off emotions. Wonder if any of y'all feel the same way. Sorry for the rant, hope y'all are safe and enjoying the OSTs like myself! [link] [comments] |
