    Theory: Verum Rex is about the Original Keyblade War

    I've been thinking lately about one of the new cutscenes from Khux where the MoM Reveals to Luxu that the keyblade war has been going on the whole time as well as details about the war that I will be going over. This got me thinking and after an idea hit me and I did a bit of research I think I know where this keyblade war looked like. Not only that I know who fought in it and that anyone who's played through KH3 has already seen it for themselves. The keyblade war was fought in no other place than… Shibuya.

    "Wait, Shibuya from Verum rex? How? That's just a video game." I know your probably thinking to yourself. One could say the same about the Secret ending to KH3, and yet we see yozora from that same game clear as day in the same city.Also, I think Yozora may to be the MoM.

    "But How do you know the keyblade war was fought there?"

    "And how could Yozora be the MoM?"

    Well lets see.

    1. If you look on Yozora's shoulder in this picture you'll see a skull wearing a crown with keyblades crossed underneath it. And I find this interesting because the "Recusant's Sigil" is a prominent symbol in kingdom hearts. The word Kye in X(Kye)-blade is said to be one of death as Master Xehanort says in BBS. a skull would also symbolize the same thing: Death. Add in the fact that we see two keyblades crossed and the X-blade is made of two keyblades crossed in the same manner hints at a connection between the symbol and the X-blade.
    2. Going of the previous point I would like to point out how the X-blade is never seen in Khux, add in the new knowledge we have that the keyblade war has been going on the whole time one could infer that the X-blade was already destroyed in a previous war.
    3. The MoM said that the war was fought Between "Light and Darkness." in the trailer of verum rex as you first visit toy box it shows Yozora fighting Gigas. So Yozora could be the light and the gigas would be the darkness. (or it could the the opposite: Yozora is the darkness and the gigas are the light.)
    4. Luxu asks the MoM after bing told about the ongoing keyblade war, "Were there other keyblade wielders beside you master?" the MoM Responds by saying "Technically there were. But I'm the only one whos relevant." Now what if there were a kind of "Proto-keyblade" that people used before the standard key shape we see Sora using. Maybe the keyblade were shaped more like swords.maybe they were like the swords Yazora and co. using. But there not proper keyblade wielders like we see in Khux, but they technically are as they are using an older design. The people the MoM says were "technically" keyblade wielders could be referring to Magia and Aegis which use similar swords/weapons as Yozora.
    5. When Luxu asks about the darkness he asks the MoM: "Were they monsters like they are now?" and the MoM responds by saying "Now, the darkness they fought, were they monsters? If I had to say, perhaps they were." and follows up with: "They took on the same form we did, though unlike now." But he mentions shortly after that they aren't human. Since they take on a similar form it would make sense that humans like sora would be able to pilot the gigas (This is going off the idea that the gigas were piloted by warriors of darkness). Infact, the heartless themselves are able to pilot the mechs which could be a bit of foreshadowing to this. you have the heartless which are the darkness of people's hearts piloting these gigas.
    6. Yozora has two eyes. One Blue and one Red. Let's focus on the blue one. The MoM mentions how he put his eye into the No name keyblade. A Blue eye to be exact. Perhaps the blue eye Yozora has is special for some reason.
    7. I find it also interesting how Yozora uses a kind of Crossbow alongside his sword. Now the only other person to use a crossbow like weapon would be Braig, who we now know to have been Luxu this whole time. Luxu was also pretty close to the MoM given the role he entrusted to him so I wouldn't find it surprising if he used a weapon his former master used.
    8. We see in the Secret Ending of Kh3 a lone figure wearing the iconic black cloak we see the MoM wearing. And in the secret ending we see him form a heart shape with his hands and puts them over the moon. This is obviously a reference to Kingdom hearts and how its a heart shaped moon. But what if that IS Kingdom hearts before it gained the heart shape. If you read the back of the game box for Verum Rex it has one line in particular that sticks out to me: "After a long fight, weapons have brought great benefits for humanity. But the "KARMA" that sleeps in humans will accelerate further. In the light of the warhead in the night sky, they chose to fight while feeling the pain of their hearts." In the light of the warhead Warhead in the night sky? There's only one thing that gives off light in the night sky: The moon.The "karma that sleeps in humans" could also refer to the darkness in people's hearts.I think that the shibuya we see in the secret ending is a version of it before it got destroyed. And the Cloaked figure(MoM) makes a heart shape over the moon as if he knows what is going to happen in the future of the world. I.e the moon being turned into what we now know as kingdom hearts.
    9. About the Recusant's sigil. If you look up the definition of the word Recusant you get the definition: a person who refuses to submit to an authority or to comply with a regulation. So basically, a rebel. So going back to how Yozora has an X on the shoulder of his jacket which is the symbol of a recusant it stands to reason that Yozora is a rebel. Which wouldn't surprise me at all given their appearance and if they were rebelling against a ruling faction then it would make sense for that ruling faction to use high end technology as they could afford it easily.
    10. Also, with the focus on Khux being over "Data worlds" i'm not so surprised that Verum Rex might be a kind of Data world that is just a video game in another world. Reminds me of how Ansem ended up copying the tron world and his stayed the same whereas the tron word from DDD evolved over time into the tron legacy world we end up visiting. So Verum Rex is a kind of copy of the world prior to the war that took place there and made into a video game of sorts. For unknown reasons, admittedly, but with the Secret ending the is undoubtedly more than meets the eye in regards to Verum Rex. You also get the Wreck-it ralph Summon after you get thrown into the verum rex video game which is interesting as The wreck it ralph world is very relavent to KHux at the moment.

    So that's about all I have in regards to this theory although I do have more details and theories related to this one but that's for another time.

    "Comfort" spots in the Kingdom Hearts series?

    -Yen Sid's Tower: Wardrobe (kh2)

    -Destiny Island: Secret Place (kh1)

    -Deep Jungle: Waterfall Cavern (kh1)

    -Toy Box: Andy's Room (kh3) and so on.

    It doesn't have to be a popular opinion. What are the most comfortable spots in the Kingdom Hearts series to "You"? I'm very curious.

    I am contemplating about whether or not I should synthesize Cosmic Arts for Donald and Goofy, so they can be almost on par with Sora in terms of HP and MP.

    Should I go for it?

    And on that note, Cosmic Arts should have been kept a synthesizable item in 2 & 3.

    Even though i've spent a lot of time collecting all the Ansem/Xehanort etc Reports, i haven't read most of them. Some of the ones i read was stuff i already knew about the story. I know that they help develop their characters. But besides that, is there a lot of story content in the reports that you never see without reading them?

    The team situation commands, if they have them. I'm thinking about ones like the the Riku and Mickey shadowbreaker type attack. If they give us one with Sora and Riku, that would be sooo cool. I assume that's what aqua and ventus' blizzard skating attack is. Also Roxas and axel/xion one could be very nice
