I really liked Re:Chain of Memories

    Posted: 22 Apr 2020 12:29 AM PDT

I really did. I can understand why this game gets a lot of hate, and when I played the GBA Version, I hated this game too. But when I recently played Re:Chain, something just clicked. I enjoyed the card battle system a lot, had no issues with RNG, and while I admit the story and worlds left to be desired, I grew to appreciate this game much more. Anyone else feels the same?

Does kingdom hearts 3 get better?

    Posted: 21 Apr 2020 08:48 PM PDT

So I've played kh1, kh2, 358/2 days, and a bit of dream drop and they were all pretty great except for DDD, but so far KH3 is pretty boring compared to the others. Not to mention the combat just isn't really that great

I'm in the monstropolis level right now, does it get more interesting?

I did this for an assignment. It said "send words of encouragement" and I immediately thought of this quote.

I'm gonna say it- original world plots aren't always better.

    Posted: 21 Apr 2020 04:57 PM PDT

I spent the last few weeks playing KH3 for the first time, and I've been letting a few opinions settle, and I think I'm ready to say it:

Monstropolis was kind of boring. Mike and Sulley were great, the Unversed lore was cool, and I liked the music. But overall, I wasn't a huge fan of the world.

A lot of people dunk on worlds where they recreate the movie's plot, and while that's valid, I think those can still be done well. But Monstropolis has the opposite problem, it's TOO original. It doesn't feel like I'm in the Monsters Inc. world at all. It feels like I'm in a generic factory, but with Monsters Inc. characters.

One of the things I love about the worlds is when I can mess around with landmarks from the movie. But once we get past the scare/laugh floor and the big door room, nothing is really recognizable, nothing makes me go "oh yeah I'm in Monstropolis with my boy Mike Wazowski!"

I won't go crazy and say that Arendelle was better, but I do think Monstropolis appealed to me less than a lot of the infamous movie-reenactment worlds.

So is saix stronger in kh3

    Posted: 21 Apr 2020 09:53 PM PDT

Like idk with the 5 claymores double rage without a moon and him knocking Sora and Kairi away and bring lea to his knees, then fighting Roxas, Sora and xion(remind also had him fight roxas, lea, and xion with him defeating lea) he just seems a lot stronger Keeping in mind that single blade roxas took saix out and so did sora/Donald/goofy.

Why does he seem so much stronger unlike marluxia or larxene he already had part of Xehanort in him.

This is the longest quest in the series, defeat Xehanort and then it took us 10 years to get our body back.
