This is NOT how multiplayer should be. I got a rage quitter a match earlier and got the win items due to him leaving... Then I get told this when I load out. This gives the power to the toxic players and makes online quite literally, unplayable if you get banned through just playing

Melody of Memory is unplayable on PS4 in certain regions. This NEEDS to be spread more, because neither Sony or Square Enix are making a good effort to fix it.

It's as the title says. In my case here in Australia, I preordered the game months ago, yet when it came time to preload two days before launch, nothing happened. I assumed it would just download at launch and didn't worry about it too much. Yet it has been almost 40 hours since the game launched, and the download just doesn't work.

This is not an isolated incident, other Australians and also people in Arabic and European regions have been having similar issues with either the game not downloading or not starting. People have brought it up to Playstation support services, yet they either ignore them or just say to try restoring licenses, which doesn't work.

This is unacceptable, a game people paid for is being withheld from them for no good reason, yet it's barely making a fuss online due to all the attention around Playstation 5, people who live in countries where MoM actually works posting about the game, and other bigger titles launching at around the same time. No gaming news sites are talking about it, no internet personalities are talking about it, only the people who are affected are talking about it, but it keeps being buried by everything else.

I just want this information to spread so that Sony and Square Enix will actually feel pressured to fix a product people paid money for, because there has been no reassurance from either, and we don't even know if we'll actually get the game at this point.
