    am I missing something or is World of Chaos just complete ass?

    I'm finally finishing every game in the series, just got to the end of KH1 and sweet jesus this boss rush is exhausting. World of Chaos is kicking my ass because I'm all out of items, and even if I did have some it doesn't matter because there's no breathing room between the lasers and also every other instance of lasers. This is fucking ridiculous. Any help would be appreciated.

    Some info: I'm level 51, have Oathkeeper, Ars Arcanum, Aero, and Cura. Am I fucked? Do I just have to go back and get better equipment?

    Disney and Square okay hypothetically a Miyazaki world for Kingdom Hearts. Which one would you want?

    Let's be honest here, Spirited Away would get top billing because it's the most recognizable and it won an Oscar. It's got a beautiful world and vibrant characters with an easily identifiable antagonist, however, at its heart, Spirited Away is an isolated story to Chihiro saving her parents with her only major influence that she reminded Haku of his true identity. A heartwarming tale to be sure but there isn't really a clear-cut conflict to make a KH-world out of. That said, Haku would be an amazing summon.

    Continuing in this vein, worlds like Ponyo, Pom Poko, My Neighbor Totoro, or even Howl's Moving Castle have the same potential and soul but lack the simple conflict (dramatic complexity is not KH's forte; remember that Elsa was supposed to be the one to build the ice castle in KH3, not Larxene). I think we can agree that sending Sora into a World War allegory would be a bad idea. These worlds -- like Ratatouille or Whinnie the Pooh -- have great potential for minigames and the like, and each hold their own promise for summonables and treasures.

    For the sake of brevity, I would say that Princess Mononoke and Castle in the Sky are some top contenders for a KH world. They have obvious villains, giant robots, mindblowing magical destructive capability, and more dark monsters than Sora can swing a keyblade at (actually, he can swing it at quite a lot of them but you get the idea). My vote would be for either of them and if both, then all the better!

    KH3 “hidden” Abilities??

    So for the passed few months i have played through all the kingdom hearts with a friend, and we finally got up to KH3. My first play through of KH3 I wasn't paying attention to the gameplay as much as i should of and basically my second play through my mate and i found a couple hidden "abilities" that we weren't aware of.

    The first one we came across is being able to store keyblade formations, meaning if you activate a keyblade you can switch keyblades and it will make it so you can use the formation later when you are versing a boss or something.

    The second one is the one i personally didnt notice the first run through. Basically if you activate the wisdom transformation with shooting star ( The Arrow Gun ) and use magic the arrows will become elemental.

    Sorry if these were blatantly obvious to most, but these are the things i never noticed whilst playing at first.

    Am I a legend for beating sephi at level 50 on proud difficulty without glide and Ultima and all that stuff? Then I beat it for my friend in the same day in the semi laggy shareplay. Am I part of the cool kids club now guys? 👁️👄👁️

    Tried replayign KH3 and it reminded me that this game actually messed up my thumb quite a bit

    I remember when the game first came out there was a point where I had to wear a brace because thumb nerve(?) was super stressed after playing KH3 (it hadn't happened with any game). I was like "I'm a buttom-mashing idiot."

    But then a couple of prominent KH3 streamers had similar injuries.

    And now I just replayed some Gummi missions and the game definitely puts a strain on your thumb. Even without button mashing, it requires a lot of button inputs and "press and release" commands that all come in rapid succession and can only be done on one finger.

    Anyway, game's still fun. Hope they tweak the combat a little bit in KH4 though.

    KH1 Proud Mode is humbling me, hard. Any advice?

    I recently just finished a playthrough of the entire series for the first time, which was a goal I set at the beginning of the summer. Since I was more focused on the story and getting through all the games, I always played on standard mode. Now that I've gotten through everything, I'm not ready to be done with this series, so the next logical step then is to work towards achievements I couldn't get through my first playthroughs and complete each game at a higher difficulty.

    Well KH1 on Proud Mode is kicking my ass. I never considered myself fantastic when playing Kingdom Hearts, but at the very least I thought I was decent enough. Heck, I didn't think Proud was that bad until my second visit to Traverse Town. Now enemies and bosses that I had no problem with before are absolutely destroying me. I've been stuck in Agrabah for most of the day trying to beat that goddamn pot centipede, which is just pathetic.

    I'm thinking I need to change up my gameplay style to successfully beat the game, because clearly what I'm doing now isn't working. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to get through the game? Are there certain things I should be focusing on?

    (Also, just out of curiosity, how does KH1 Proud compare to other Proud/Critical modes in the series?)
