    First time playing Kingdom Hearts 1.5! I was patient and decided against watching ANY videos on YouTube. Happy Xbox FINALLY has this. �������� I feel like a PlayStation Player playing Halo for the first time!

    I've been playing Kingdom hearts since elementary school and I've been obsessed ever since. I was counting down the days for KH3 to finally come out at age 27. Today, at 28, I played while my 3 year old watched for the first time. I have been watching Frozen II at least twice a day for the past couple weeks with her. Thanks to Disney+ she's familiar with all the movies now and loves them. But man... the way that little girl lit up when I took her to the Frozen world. She couldn't believe something like this existed.

    And then... she asked me to play. I let her sled down the North Mountain after meeting Anna and Elsa at the top. She was having a blast!!!! All I can do was stare at my sweet girl. My little mini me sharing the same love for video games and Disney. Might sound silly, but this is like the highlight of 2020 thus far lol. Not only that, but it's the first time she ever played a game counsel and she was kickin some heartless ASS! My girl is a little bad ass and I can't wait to continue to play with her. It's amazing how these kids catch on so fast in a matter of minutes. This game is so perfect for kids and I just feel like my love for this game just came full circle.

    I got Ultima Weapon on KH 2.5. I never tried back when I was a kid on PS2 but now its out on Xbox I want to do everything on this game ��. Really happy I finally got it.

    (KH3+ReMind Spoilers) - MoM's identity theory

    So ever since playing ReMind i'm almost certain that the Sora = MoM theory is true, mainly due to the events that happen during the main game and the DLC.

    ​

    1. (DLC) 75 years before KH3 + ~59 years before Sora is born

    MoM tells Young Xehanort "What you see with your eyes is true, not what you hear"

    He also tells YX that eventually his heart would be so powerful it would not need the black cloak to protect it from darkness, but that he (MoM) himself was "too scared to ever take it off".

    This first part is true, as YX does outgrow his cloak, and Old Xehanort is strong enough to retain his sense of self both as a Nobody and a Heartless. We see that in KH1-3.

    We also never see MoM without a cloak. So we could assume that he is telling the truth.

    MoM also tells YX his name, saying that "it wouldnt do any harm". Yet Old Xehanort says he never learned who MoM was when talking to Saix. Apart from Nomura cucking us yet again, what in-universe reason would Old Xehanort have not to give the name he was told?

    ​

    1. (KH3) Maleficent + Pete's excellent adventure

    After spending a majority of the game searching. Maleficent seemingly gives up on her search for Luxu's Box, saying that "it does not exist now"

    This is also after a previous cutscene where she states that she is certain the box exists because it is "etched". Perhaps a reference to KH:Union Cross? (I am unfamiliar with the lore here, but from what i understand, Maleficent knows the box existed in the past, and thus must exist in the present?)

    She also believes that the Keyblade War will reveal the box "no matter the outcome" and that the moment is "destined" to happen.

    As a side note, if Old Xehanort kept his word to Xigbar, this is most likely true, as explained below.

    1. (KH3) Luxu

    After the events of KH3, the box only appears on screen after Luxu regains MoM's keyblade .

    This is especially odd, considering Luxu's task was to look after the box, yet he tasked Luxord to look for it? How did Luxu fail that he lost the one thing he was told to look after? Why is Luxord/Luxu looking for a box that apparently doesn't exist yet?

    These points lead to the jumble of thoughts and ideas that is the Sora=MoM theory.

    ​

    Assumptions and facts:

    1. MoM has only ever been present in times where Sora is not alive in this universe (True as far as we know)
    2. Multiple instances of the same person can exist in the same time(True)
    3. Assumption #1 - First priority of any keyblade use goes to the most senior heart (Which is why Old Xehanort is the only Nort that can use MoM's keyblade when all 13 Norts are assembled). This means that if MoM + Sora exist in the same timeframe, Sora would not be able to use his keyblade.
    4. Assumption #2 - The events of Luxu's reveal happen after Sora vanishes from this universe and lands in Verum Rex/Shibuya

    How the hell could MoM pull this off?:

    ​

    1. Sora can use the power of waking to travel back in time, shielded from the darkness by travelling through other people's hearts. He cannot alter events that he has already seen happen, but he can manipulate their outcome by altering events that he has not seen. (Kairi has to "die" and then be "saved", and when "Present" Sora arrived in Scala Ad Caelum. "ReMind" Sora was running out of time to save Kairi)
    2. If Sora modifies this slightly. and puts his heart into a construct of his own will (Think Lingering Will/Terra) made from a cloak that can protect his heart from darkness, he essentially becomes a being that can time-travel at will, to any point where he does not currently exist without the risk of darkness exposure and turning into a heartless.
    3. Sora's body has no such protection, and the box is designed to do what Aqua did with Ven, seal it away to prevent it from decaying or becoming a Nobody. MoM/Sora gives the box to Luxu and tasks him with keeping it safe until the time is right, when Sora disappears and starts the journey to becoming MoM
    4. Now that Sora is in effectively another universe, MoM can reappear in the "present" KH-verse, open the box and basically be reborn, along with full access to the Kingdom key and the X-blade.

    Additional Note: How can the box both exist in the past, but not exist in the present?:

    ​

    Scroedinger's Cat. When "observed"(by the universe), Sora can't be simultaneously alive and dead (maybe another Nature Taboo?), and therefore an animated and "heartless" body of the same person can't exist at the same time, so the box (and MoM/Sora's body) only appear after "present" Sora disappears.

    I think this turned out to be a jumble of ideas rather than a theory, but let me know what you think.
