    It made expectations for her too high. There was also still potential to explore her princess powers. She was able to turn back Sora into a human in KH1. She also helped Sora save the Guardians of Light after they initially "die" by the Demon Tide. All of which she did using her princess powers.

    It feels like giving her a keyblade was an afterthought. It was done without any foreshadowing whatsoever. Hell she even first gets her keyblade not by summoning it in her hand, but Riku giving it to her. How did Riku get ahold of her keyblade? Is this a plothole or am I missing something here?
