    Space Paranoids doesn't get enough credit as it should.

    I'm going to be upfront but I notice that despite Space Paranoids being one of the few Disney worlds (next to Beast's Castle) that is an original story, the majority say including on YouTube continue to say "most Disney worlds Post-KH1 with KH2 onwards follow the film's plot and don't connect with the game overall" and just overlook that ONLY 4 of the worlds such as Land of Dragons, Atlantica, Port Royal and Pride Lands only retold the film's plot. Basically, Space Paranoids world had the biggest importance in terms of story for Kingdom Hearts II. Think about it:

    1. Sora wanted to use Ansem's computer for research and information on the whereabouts on Riku, Kairi, King Mickey and Organization XIII.

    2. Tron mentioned that Ansem the Wise was the one that copied the original system from ENCOM and also brought up about how Ansem (Terra-Xehanort's Heartless) was responsible for the re-activation of the Master Control Program (MCP).

    3. The MCP wanted to take over the User World (Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden) thrice throughout KH2, the first when he attempted to blow up the town before Tron changed the password, the second when he attempted to send in the Hostile Program to attack the town instead, and the third time by opening the Heartless manufacturer in Ansem's lab and corrupting the Claymores.

    4. After Sora, Donald, Goofy and Tron defeated the MCP and Sark, Tron took over the Master Control Program's function brought up the original name of the world: Radiant Garden which led to the inhabitants remembering the town's name once again.

    So what do you guys think? I think Space Paranoids, along with Beast's Castle, the KH1 Disney worlds, along with Toy Box, Monstropolis and San Fransokyo from KH3, especially the former two worlds show how much the Disney worlds post-KH1 aren't just mainly relegated to just "retelling the movie" so I think Space Paranoids deserves more appreciation if you ask me.

    I've been thinking on this for a bit and was wondering if anyone has actually tried it. It's a challenge run of KH1 where:

    • You must beat the game on Proud Mode.
    • You are not allowed to cast any spells or use summons (unless a spell is required to progress the plot, however they cannot be used to obtain optional goodies [e.x. using Gravity on a chest in Hollow Bastion.]).
    • Whether or not you use Limits is up to you.

    Kingdom Hearts with a realtime Sin City-style shader (colour isolation grayscale, except for ranges of red). Makes Traverse Town look way more gritty and dark/film noir than it was ever meant to be...
